Cheyenne physically and mentally prepares athletes of all ages for the rigors of their desired goals. She optimizes sports performance through injury prevention, linear/lateral speed and agility, flexibility, stability, plyometrics, weight training, resistance training, and conditioning that creates a competitive and safe training culture.


Cheyenne coached with and was mentored by the NSCA Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year, Andrea Hudy, who is the Head Strength Coach for the University of Kansas Men's & Women's Basketball. Cheyenne assisted training all University of Kansas' athletes (except football) including 2014 NBA number one draft picks, Andrew Wiggins and Joel Embiid. While at the University of Kanas she helped implement Sparta Science Force Plate Technology using measureable force production of an athlete that alllows prescription of exercises tailored to the individuals needs to be a balanced athlete and therefore, reduces the risk of injury during their sport, while also improving their vertical jump. She also is a featured athlete in Andrea Hudy's book, Power Positions. As a former student assistant coach and athlete at the University of Kansas, Cheyenne holds a high standard and empowers her athletes to reach their full potential. 

She has continued to work with high level athletes while at ARC Sports Performance. An impressive list including numerous professional and college athletes. Notably, first round NBA draft pick Landry Shamet and fourth round MLB draft pick Aaron Ashby. While developing high level athletes at ARC Sports Performance, Cheyenne continues to develop athletes of all ages and skill level.

Jay helps train athletes in the areas of speed, strength, agility, and power with a focus on inury prevention. Since being at ARC, he has trained numerous high school, collegeiate, and professional athletes. In 1998, Jay was selected to the prestigious Navy BUD/s program (Basic Underwater Demolition S.E.A.L. School) where he learned dedication, perseverance, the importance of teamwork, and the ability to push through obsticles. He always tries to pass these traits onto each of his athletes.

Nate trains and helps athletes achieve, create, and develop a vision for success. He trains in order for each athlete to maximize their individual abilities both mentally and physically. Nate trains all ages and specializes in lateral and linear speed & agility, weight training, full body flexibility and overall injury prevention. As a previous ARC athlete himself, he portrays the same values that ARC instills in their athletes. 

Nate began his time at ARC training two years under the direction of Cheyenne Verdoorn. (Current Owner Of ARC North Location)

Nate has trained alongside Cheyenne with professional athletes including, but not limited too Landry Shamet (LA Clippers), Aaron Ashby (Brewers Top 10 prospect), Garrett Stutz (Nagoya Fighting Eagles), Ondre Pipkins (Current NFL Free Agent), and many more high-level college athletes. 

Nate himself, works closely with the Park University Baseball team and created their off season workout regiment and still trains a few of their athletes in season. Nate has taken the next step to become Owner and Director of Sports Performance at our ARC South location in Riverside.

Nate is a former three sport athlete at Park Hill High School. He was recruited out of high school to play football at Northwest Missouri State. Nate then transferred to play at Missouri Western State University. He finished his final three years playing Quarterback for the the Griffons while earning his undergraduate degree in Sports Management. Nate recently received his Masters degree at MWSU in Sports Management & Exercise Science.

Chase comes to ARC with lots of experience. He has many athletic accolades and brings the perfect balance of education and experience to the coaching staff.

With his extensive education in kinesiology and many athletic accomplishments, Chase pushes the ARC athletes to be the best they can be.

Salvatore attended Liberty North High School, graduating in 2015.  He was a member of the school’s football team all four years, leaving with the record for all-time leader in career tackles.  In his senior year, he was named the team’s Defensive MVP and to the Missouri Football Coaches Association All-State team.

He went on to attend The University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK) where he majored in exercise science, comprehensive wellness, and fitness with a minor in nutrition and played inside linebacker for the UNK Loper football team.


Salvatore often took advantage of the opportunity to volunteer for the strength and conditioning program and worked numerous football camps. Throughout his athletic career with the UNK football team, his achievements included UNK Lopers Team MVP, Mineral Water Bowl MVP, 3X All-MIAA Linebacker and 2X All-Region Linebacker.

He looks forward to the intern opportunity at ARC Sports Performance to gain hands on experience in training athletes from experienced professionals in various backgrounds.
